Privacy policy

This page explains what ReadyRole stores about you, why, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never readable), country, language and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number.
• Learning: your placement-test answers and level, lesson progress, quiz scores, your capstone drafts and submissions, and the reviews they get.
• CV and portfolio: what you type into your profile and CV. Your portfolio page is private until you choose to make it public.
• Payments: what you bought, the amount, the status and the payment reference. Payments are handled by Paymob. You type your card or wallet details on Paymob's page; ReadyRole never sees or stores card numbers.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Visit statistics (no cookies)

We count visits ourselves, without Google Analytics or any other third-party tracker: page views, sign-ups, placement tests started and finished, lessons completed, capstone submissions and checkouts started. A visitor is counted with a code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address or follow you across days. We do not store IP addresses for this. These counts are kept for up to 13 months.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Your language choice is saved in your own browser. No advertising cookies.

AI review of your work

When the automatic review uses AI, the text of your submission and the task instructions are sent to an AI service (for example OpenAI) to produce feedback. We do not send your name, email or phone number with it. AI feedback can be wrong; you can flag any review and a person will look at it.

Who else sees your data

• Paymob, to take payments.
• Our hosting and database provider, and an email service that sends password-reset emails.
• The AI service, for reviews (as above).
• Pro: the expert who reviews your project sees your project and your name.
• One-Click Apply: the companies you choose get your CV and application. Nothing is sent without your click.
• Anyone with the link, only if you make your portfolio public.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, progress, submissions, drafts and visit statistics within 30 days. We keep a minimal record of payments (amount, date, reference, without your name) where the law requires it for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 109 737 6911. We aim to follow the data-protection laws of Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Age

ReadyRole is for people aged 18 or over, or 16–17 with a parent's permission.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will show a notice on the site. The date at the top shows the latest version.
