Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ReadyRole when you use the website and the learning app. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

What ReadyRole is

ReadyRole is an online course that helps you become job-ready for a role (first: Business Analyst / Product Owner) with lessons, quizzes, a practice project for DukkanGo (a fictional company) and reviews of your work.

No job guarantee

We help you learn and prove your skills. We do not promise a job, an interview or a salary.

Your account

• Give a real name and an email you can access, and keep your password private.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or the paid content.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Plans, prices and payment

Prices are shown in EGP before you pay and are charged once (no automatic renewal). Payments are processed by Paymob. Launch prices and offers can change, but a change never affects a payment you already made. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Reviews of your work

Automatic reviews (a structure check, or an AI review when it is turned on) are feedback, not a certificate, and can be wrong. You can flag any review. A “Verified” badge means your project passed a full AI or expert review against the published rubric.

Your work and honesty

• Your submissions stay yours. You allow ReadyRole to store and review them and, if you choose, to show them on your public portfolio and in applications you send.
• Submit your own work. Using AI tools the way the course teaches is fine; copying someone else's project is not, and we may remove a badge earned that way.

Our content

Lessons, quizzes, the DukkanGo case and the rubrics belong to ReadyRole. You may use them for your own learning; don't copy, resell or publish them. Videos from YouTube belong to their creators and are shown with YouTube's player.

One-Click Apply

When you use it, you ask us to send your CV and a cover message to the companies you picked, in your name. You are responsible for the information in your CV being true.

Liability

We work hard to keep ReadyRole running and correct, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced on the site. Questions: WhatsApp at +20 109 737 6911.
